Our experience with Dharma has been outstanding. We can’t say enough about the willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. It has been great to work with someone who listened to what we wanted and didn't force their design or agenda for our renovation. Overall our experience has been great and we would highly recommend Dharma Construction.

Your renovation will be personally supervised by an owner of Dharma Construction Group. You can take comfort in knowing that your home is in the hands of someone who has a personal stake in the success of your project and the reputation of Dharma Construction Group as a reliable building partner.
Before we begin every project, an owner will meet with you to discuss and evaluate your project goals, time-frame, expectations, and budget.
Together we will evaluate the best possible solutions to fit your needs and weigh each option carefully with regard to your expectaions.
Upon determination of project scope, we will present you with a proposal which includes expected costs, scope of work, and time estimations along with a contract-to-build.
Working plans will be developed, reviewed, value-engineered, and presented. This saves time and money by eliminating most concerns, long before your project begins.
In addition to our vendor partners’ showrooms, we have a 10,000 square foot design center located at 316 Remount Road. It is here that your new space will really start to come alive! Working with your own designer or with one of our Design Professionals, we will assist you with the selection of materials, fixtures, colors and finishes, personalized to fit your budget and style.
As we begin construction, our team will keep you abreast of your project’s progress and coordinate scheduling in order to minimize disruption to you and your family.
As your project nears completion, we will review your scope of work and any ‘punch lists’ to be completed to ensure your expectations have been met.
Many of our projects come with a 5-year warranty to ensure you will be happy, not just today, but for years to come.
